Zen Faucet problem with VPN

Hi! There is a problem with Faucet. It is telling me i am behind a proxy or VPN and the truth is i am not. I already claimed once so there’s no way i am behind a proxy or using a vpn… I use my cellphone 4g connection to get into Faucet.

Helpdesk site is dead? I don’t think so.

Helpdesk is the most convenient place for providing help because it is protecting your privacy. Whole UX team is involved in solving problems 24/7, and also more heads better.
