Not receiving node alerts or challenge requests

Hi folks,
Over the last several weeks I’ve not received any node-down alerts, nor am I getting responses for challenge requests. I’ve checked my spam and trash folders, and there’s nothing there. I have no filters configured for challenges either. I can get to my node status page and drill down, so I know Horizen is aware of my e-mail address.

Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this further? Thanks.
